Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a high-rigidity fiber-reinforced resin molded body, in which a thermosetting resin is cured in a fiber base material, easily, inexpensively, with less environmental pollution, and safely without using a prepreg. A method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin molded body (10) in which fiber base materials (11A-11D) are heat-compressed together with a thermosetting resin (15), and the thermosetting resin (15) is impregnated in the fiber base materials (11A-11D) and cured, wherein a powder (15A) of the thermosetting resin is arranged so as to be in contact with at least one surface of the fiber base materials (11A-11D), and the fiber base materials (11A-11D) are heated and compressed together with the powder (15A) of the thermosetting resin in a mold (30), thereby melting the powder (15A) of the thermosetting resin, impregnating the resin into the fiber base materials (11A-11D), and curing.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est d'obtenir un corps moulé en résine renforcée par des fibres d'une grande rigidité, dans lequel une résine thermodurcissable est durcie pour donner un matériau à base de fibres, de façon simple, peu coûteuse, peu polluante pour l'environnement et sûre sans utilisation d'un préimprégné. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé en résine renforcée par des fibres (10) dans lequel des matériaux à base de fibres (11A-11D) sont thermocompressés conjointement avec une résine thermodurcissable (15), et la résine thermodurcissable (15) est imprégnée dans les matériaux à base de fibres (11A-11D) et durcie, une poudre (15A) de la résine thermodurcissable étant disposée de manière à être en contact avec au moins une surface des matériaux à base de fibres (11A-11D), et les matériaux à base de fibres (11A-11D) étant chauffés et comprimés conjointement avec la poudre (15A) de résine thermodurcissable dans un moule (30), ce qui permet de faire fondre la poudre (15A) de résine thermodurcissable, d'imprégner la résine dans les matériaux à base de fibres (11A-11D) avant de faire durcir le tout.
(JA) 繊維基材内で熱硬化性樹脂が硬化している高剛性の繊維強化樹脂成形体を、プリプレグを用いることなく、簡単、安価で環境汚染少なく安全に得ることを目的とする。 繊維基材(11A~11D)を熱硬化性樹脂(15)と共に加熱圧縮し、熱硬化性樹脂(15)を繊維基材(11A~11D)に含浸させて硬化させる繊維強化樹脂成形体(10)の製造方法において、熱硬化性樹脂の粉体(15A)を繊維基材(11A~11D)の少なくとも一つの面と接するように配置し、繊維基材(11A~11D)を、熱硬化性樹脂の粉体(15A)と共に金型(30)で加熱・圧縮することにより、熱硬化性樹脂の粉体(15A)を溶融して繊維基材(11A~11D)内に含浸させ、硬化させる。
