Abstract
(EN) A fluororubber composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a fluororubber, 5-30 parts by weight of a carbon black having an iodine adsorption of 70 mg/g or greater, 5-20 parts by weight of carbon fibers having an average fiber diameter of 5-20 μm and an aspect ratio of 2-10, and 3-20 parts by weight of PTFE. This fluororubber composition exhibits excellent effects wherein a crosslinked molded object obtained therefrom has oil-film retentivity imparted by the use of the carbon fibers, which have the specific properties, and has improved wear resistance in a non-lubricated situation due to the use of a combination of the carbon fibers and the PTFE as a solid lubricating agent.
(FR) L’invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc fluoré qui comprend 100 parties en poids d’un caoutchouc fluoré, 5 à 30 parties en poids d’un noir de carbone ayant une adsorption d’iode de 70 mg/g ou plus, 5 à 20 parties en poids de fibres de carbone ayant un diamètre moyen de fibre de 5 à 20 μm et un rapport d’aspect de 2 à 10 et 3 à 20 parties en poids de PTFE. Cette composition de caoutchouc fluoré présente d’excellents effets, un objet moulé réticulé obtenu à partir de lui présentant un pouvoir de rétention du film d’huile, conféré par l’utilisation des fibres de carbone, qui ont des propriétés spécifiques, et présente une résistance améliorée à l’usure dans une situation non lubrifiée, en raison de l’utilisation d’une combinaison des fibres de carbone et du PTFE en tant qu’agent lubrifiant solide.
(JA) フッ素ゴム100重量部当り、ヨウ素吸着量が70mg/g以上であるカーボンブラック5~30重量部、平均繊維径5~20μmでアスペクト比が2~10であるカーボンファイバー5~20重量部およびPTFE 3~20重量部を含有するフッ素ゴム組成物。このフッ素ゴム組成物から得られる架橋成形物は、特定性状のカーボンファイバーを用いることにより油膜保持性を付与するとともに、これと固体潤滑剤としてのPTFEを併用することによって無潤滑状況下での耐摩耗性を向上せしめるといったすぐれた効果を奏する。
