Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a photocurable composition which is capable of forming a cured product that has good reliability in a high temperature constant humidity environment, especially good ion migration resistance in a temperature range of 100°C or higher. A photocurable composition (Z) which is obtained by adding an ion scavenger (Y) to a composition (X) that contains a monofunctional acrylic monomer (A) and a multifunctional acrylic monomer (B), wherein: the content of the monofunctional acrylic monomer (A) relative to 100% by weight of the composition (X) is from 40% by weight to 80% by weight; and the content of the multifunctional acrylic monomer (B) relative to 100% by weight of the composition (X) is from 10% by weight to 50% by weight. An inkjet ink composition which contains this photocurable composition (Z); a cured product; and an electronic component.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition photodurcissable qui permet de former un produit durci qui présente une bonne fiabilité dans un environnement à humidité constante et à haute température, en particulier une bonne résistance à la migration d'ions dans une plage de température supérieure ou égale à 100 °C. L'invention concerne également une composition photodurcissable (Z) qui est obtenue par l'ajout d'un piège à ions (Y) à une composition (X) qui contient un monomère acrylique monofonctionnel (A) et un monomère acrylique multifonctionnel (B), la teneur en monomère acrylique monofonctionnel (A) par rapport à 100 % en poids de la composition (X) étant de 40 % en poids à 80 % en poids ; et la teneur en monomère acrylique multifonctionnel (B) par rapport à 100 % en poids de la composition (X) étant de 10 % en poids à 50 % en poids. L'invention concerne également une composition d'encre pour impression jet d'encre qui contient cette composition photodurcissable (Z) ; un produit durci ; et un composant électronique.
