Abstract
(EN) Provided is a seamless stainless steel pipe and a production method therefor. The seamless stainless steel pipe of the present invention has a component composition containing, by mass%, not more than 0.06% C, not more than 1.0% Si, 0.01-0.90% Mn, not more than 0.05% P, not more than 0.005% S, 15.70-18.00% Cr, 1.60-3.80% Mo, 1.10-4.00% Cu, 3.0-6.0% Ni, not more than 0.10% Al, not more than 0.10% N, not more than 0.010% O, and 0.120-1.000% V, wherein the C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, and N satisfy a prescribed formula, and the remainder is composed of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The seamless stainless steel pipe has a structure including, by volume ratio, 30% or more of a martensite phase, 60% or less of a ferrite phase, and 40% or less of a retained austenite phase, and the yield strength of the seamless stainless steel pipe is 758 MPa or greater.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tuyau en acier inoxydable sans soudure et son procédé de production. Le tuyau en acier inoxydable sans soudure possède la composition de constituants suivante, en % en masse, pas plus de 0,06 % de C, pas plus de 1,0 % de Si, 0,01 % à 0,90% de Mn, pas plus de 0,05 % de P, pas plus de 0,005 % de S, 15,70 % à 18,00% de Cr, 1,6 % à 3,80% de Mo, 1,1 % à 4,00% de Cu, 3,0 % à -6,0 % de Ni, pas plus de 0,10 % de Al, pas plus de 0,10 % de N, pas plus de 0,010 % de O, et 0,001 % à 1,000 % de V ; C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, et N satisfaisant une formule prescrite, et le reste de la composition comprenant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables. Le tuyau en acier inoxydable sans soudure a une structure contenant, en rapport volumique, au moins 30 % d'une phase martensitique, maximum 60 % d'une phase ferritique, et maximum 40 % d'une phase austénitique résiduelle, et la limite d'élasticité du tuyau d'acier étant d'au moins 758 MPa.
(JA) ステンレス継目無鋼管およびその製造方法を提供する。本発明のステンレス継目無鋼管は、質量%で、C:0.06%以下、Si:1.0%以下、Mn:0.01%以上0.90%以下、P:0.05%以下、S:0.005%以下、Cr:15.70%以上18.00%以下、Mo:1.60%以上3.80%以下、Cu:1.10%以上4.00%以下、Ni:3.0%以上6.0%以下、Al:0.10%以下、N:0.10%以下、O:0.010%以下、V:0.120%以上1.000%以下を含有し、かつC、Si、Mn、Cr、Ni、Mo、Cu、およびNが所定式を満足し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる成分組成を有し、体積率で、30%以上のマルテンサイト相、60%以下のフェライト相、および40%以下の残留オーステナイト相を含む組織を有し、降伏強さが758MPa以上である。
