Abstract
(EN) A steel pipe roundness prediction method according to the present invention includes a step for predicting the roundness of a steel pipe after a pipe expansion step using a roundness prediction model trained using machine learning, including one or two or more parameters selected from attribute information of a steel plate, one or two or more parameters selected from operation parameters of a press-bend step, and one or two or more parameters selected from operation parameters of a seam gap reduction step, as input data, and using roundness information of the steel pipe after the pipe expansion step as output data.
(FR) Un procédé de prédiction de rondeur de tuyau d'acier selon la présente invention comprend une étape consistant à prédire la rondeur d'un tuyau d'acier après une étape d'expansion de tuyau à l'aide d'un modèle de prédiction de rondeur entraîné par apprentissage automatique, comprenant au moins un ou deux paramètres choisis parmi des informations d'attribut d'une plaque d'acier, au moins un ou deux paramètres choisis parmi des paramètres de fonctionnement d'une étape de cintrage à la presse, et au moins un ou deux paramètres choisis parmi des paramètres de fonctionnement d'une étape de réduction d'écart de jonction, en tant que données d'entrée, et à l'aide d'informations de rondeur du tuyau d'acier après l'étape d'expansion de tuyau en tant que données de sortie.
(JA) 本発明に係る鋼管の真円度予測方法は、鋼板の属性情報から選択した1又は2以上のパラメータ、プレスベンド工程の操業パラメータから選択した1又は2以上のパラメータ、及びシームギャップ低減工程の操業パラメータから選択した1又は2以上のパラメータを入力データとして含み、拡管工程後の鋼管の真円度情報を出力データとする、機械学習により学習された真円度予測モデルを用いて、拡管工程後の鋼管の真円度を予測するステップを含む。
