Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to produce a worm wheel equipped with an inner wheel element (25) having a hollow cylindrical plate-form side plate portion (27) and a tubular eave portion (28) extending from the radially outer end portion of the side plate portion (27) toward one axial-direction side, and a synthetic-plastic outer wheel element (26) that has a wheel tooth portion (24) on the outer peripheral surface and that is coupled and fixed to the inner wheel element (25) so as to cover the radially outer portion of the side plate portion (27) and the eave portion (28). This method for producing a worm wheel includes a step for placing a mold (44) around the radially outer portion of an inner wheel element (25), and introducing a molten synthetic resin from an annular injection gate (53) toward a pocket portion (57) that is present on the radially inner side of the eave portion (28) and that is continuous over the entire circumference among cavities (46) present between the inner surface of the mold (44) and the surface of the inner wheel element (25), to thereby mold an outer wheel element (26). A method for producing a worm wheel that easily ensures the shape accuracy and durability of wheel teeth is thereby realized.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de produire une roue à vis sans fin équipée d'un élément de roue interne (25) ayant une partie de plaque latérale en forme de plaque cylindrique creuse (27) et une partie de débord tubulaire (28) s'étendant à partir de la partie d'extrémité radialement externe de la partie de plaque latérale (27) vers un côté de direction axiale, et d'un élément de roue externe en plastique synthétique (26) qui a une partie de dent de roue (24) sur la surface périphérique externe et qui est couplé et fixé à l'élément de roue interne (25) de façon à recouvrir la partie radialement externe de la partie de plaque latérale (27) et la partie de débord (28).
