Abstract
(EN) Provided is a metal powder enabling the production of a pressed powder magnetic core exhibiting high saturation magnetic flux density, excellent rust resistance, and low iron loss. The metal powder comprises, in concentrations by mass, 1.0 to 15.0% of Si, 1.0 to 13.0% of Cr, 10 to 10,000 ppm of Cl, 100 to 10,000 ppm of S (sulfur), and 0.2 to 7.0% of O (oxygen), the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The mean particle size of the metal powder is 0.1 to 2.0 μm. In this manner, a pressed powder magnetic core is produced readily, exhibiting high magnetic flux density, excellent rust resistance, and low iron loss.
(FR) L'invention concerne une poudre métallique permettant la production d'un noyau magnétique en poudre pressée présentant une densité élevée de flux magnétique de saturation, une excellente résistance à la rouille et une faible perte dans le fer. La poudre métallique comprend, en concentrations en masse, de 1,0 à 15,0 % de Si, de 1,0 à 13,0 % de Cr, de 10 à 10 000 ppm de Cl, de 100 à 10 000 ppm de S (soufre), et de 0,2 à 7,0 % d'O (oxygène), le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables. La taille particulaire moyenne de la poudre métallique est de 0,1 à 2,0 μm. De cette manière, un noyau magnétique en poudre pressée est produit directement, présentant une densité élevée de flux magnétique, une excellente résistance à la rouille et une faible perte dans le fer.
(JA) 高飽和磁束密度で、耐錆性に優れ、かつ低鉄損の圧粉磁心を製作できる金属粉末を提供する。 質量濃度で、Si:1.0~15.0%、Cr:1.0~13.0%、Cl:10~10000ppm、S(硫黄):100~10000ppm及びO(酸素):0.2~7.0%を含有し、残部Fe及び不可避的不純物からなる金属粉末であって、前記金属粉末の平均粒径が0.1~2.0μmである。これにより、高磁束密度で、耐錆性に優れ、かつ低鉄損の圧粉磁心の作製が容易になる。
