Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a terminal connection structure with which it is possible to improve the strength of a joining section of dissimilar metals, that is to say, between aluminum or an aluminum alloy and copper or a copper alloy. The terminal connection structure according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with: a first terminal comprising aluminum or an aluminum alloy; and a second terminal comprising a metal having a melting point higher than that of the first terminal. The terminal connection structure is also characterized by being provided with a bending section that is located at an end of the first terminal and that is for pinching an end of the second terminal, and a joining section for joining the end of the second terminal and the bending section through resistance welding.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de connexion de borne avec laquelle il est possible d'améliorer la résistance d'une section de jonction de métaux dissemblables, c'est-à-dire entre l'aluminium ou un alliage d'aluminium et le cuivre ou un alliage de cuivre. La structure de connexion de borne selon la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une première borne comprenant de l'aluminium ou un alliage d'aluminium ; et une seconde borne comprenant un métal ayant un point de fusion supérieur à celui de la première borne. La structure de connexion de borne est également caractérisée en ce qu'elle est pourvue d'une section de courbure qui est située à une extrémité de la première borne et qui est destinée à pincer une extrémité de la seconde borne, et d'une section de jonction pour relier l'extrémité de la seconde borne et la section de courbure par soudage par résistance.
