Abstract
(EN) This welded pipe (2) is provided with: an annular insert ring (14) that is to be inserted between a first pipe (12) and a second pipe (13); a first through-hole (14a) through which gas can be fed into the inside of the insert ring; and a second through-hole (14b) which is disposed at a position shifted from that of the first through-hole (14a) and through which gas can be passed from the inside of the insert ring (14) to the outside. By having said welded pipe, it is possible to minimize increase in working hours and costs in comparison with the case where an air supply pipe is inserted inside a pipe during welding.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tube soudé (2) ayant : un anneau d'insertion annulaire (14) qui est destiné à être inséré entre un premier tuyau (12) et un deuxième tuyau (13); un premier trou traversant (14a) au travers duquel un gaz peut être introduit jusque dans la partie intérieure de l'anneau d'insertion; et un deuxième trou traversant (14b) qui est disposé au niveau d'une position décalée par rapport à celle du premier trou traversant (14a) et au travers duquel le gaz peut passer depuis la partie intérieure de l'anneau d'insertion (14) jusqu'à l'extérieur. En ayant ledit tuyau soudé, il est possible de réduire au minimum l'augmentation des heures de travail ainsi que les coûts en comparaison avec le cas de figure dans lequel un tuyau d'alimentation en air est inséré à l'intérieur d'un tuyau pendant le soudage.
(JA) 第1の管(12)と第2の管(13)との間に挿入される環状のインサートリング(14)と、インサートリングの内部に気体を供給可能な第1の貫通孔(14a)と、第1の貫通孔(14a)からずれた位置に配置され、インサートリング(14)の内部から外部に気体が通過可能な第2の貫通孔(14b)と、を備えた溶接管(2)により、溶接を行う際に管の内部に送気管を挿入する場合に比べて、作業時間や費用の増大を抑制することができる。
