Abstract
(EN) This diffractive optical device includes at least one diffractive optical element. The diffractive optical element generates, from a laser beam incident thereon, primary light and secondary light having different diffraction orders, superimposes the primary light and the secondary light on the optical axis of the laser beam, and causes the primary light and the secondary light to interfere with each other. The diffractive optical element includes a first phase pattern and a second phase pattern. The first phase pattern converts the laser beam into a line beam. The second phase pattern diffracts the laser beam in a short-axis direction of the line beam to generate the primary light and the secondary light. On the optical axis of the laser beam, a first focal surface of the primary light and a second focal surface of the secondary light are located at different positions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif optique diffractif qui comprend au moins un élément optique diffractif. L'élément optique diffractif génère, à partir d'un faisceau laser incident sur celui-ci, de la lumière primaire et de la lumière secondaire présentant des ordres de diffraction différents, superpose la lumière primaire et la lumière secondaire sur l'axe optique du faisceau laser et amène la lumière primaire et la lumière secondaire à interférer l'une avec l'autre. L'élément optique diffractif comprend un premier motif de phase et un second motif de phase. Le premier motif de phase convertit le faisceau laser en un faisceau linéaire. Le second motif de phase diffracte le faisceau laser dans une direction d'axe court du faisceau de ligne pour générer la lumière primaire et la lumière secondaire.
