Abstract
(EN) A wind detection device (14) configured so as to be equipped with: a speed vector calculation unit (21) for obtaining a received signal of electromagnetic waves reflected by the atmosphere inside a monitoring region which includes the flight path of an aircraft (2), and calculating a vector expressing wind direction and wind speed as the speed vector of each of the cells, which are a plurality of regions included in the monitoring region, from the spectrum of the received signal; and a rolling wind detection unit (22) for selecting a plurality of combinations of two cells from among the plurality of cells for which a speed vector was calculated by the speed vector calculation unit (21) in a manner such that the distance thereof equals the length of the entire width of the aircraft (2), and detecting a rolling wind which has the possibility of causing the aircraft (2) to roll on the basis of the speed vectors of the two cells included in each of the combinations.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de vent (14) configuré de manière à être équipé des éléments suivants : une unité de calcul de vecteur de vitesse (21) pour obtenir un signal reçu d'ondes électromagnétiques réfléchies par l'atmosphère à l'intérieur d'une région de surveillance qui comprend la trajectoire de vol d'un aéronef (2), et pour calculer un vecteur exprimant la direction du vent et la vitesse du vent en tant que vecteur de vitesse de chacune des cellules, qui constituent une pluralité de régions comprises dans la région de surveillance, à partir du spectre du signal reçu ; et une unité de détection de vent de roulis (22) pour sélectionner une pluralité de combinaisons de deux cellules parmi la pluralité de cellules pour lesquelles un vecteur de vitesse a été calculé par l'unité de calcul de vecteur de vitesse (21) d'une manière telle que leur distance est égale à la longueur de la largeur totale de l'avion (2), et pour détecter un vent de roulis qui peut provoquer le roulis de l'avion (2) sur la base des vecteurs de vitesse des deux cellules incluses dans chacune des combinaisons.
(JA) 航空機(2)の飛行経路を含む観測領域内の大気によって反射された電磁波の受信信号を取得し、受信信号のスペクトルから、観測領域に含まれている複数の領域であるセルにおけるそれぞれの速度ベクトルとして、風向と風速とを示すベクトルを算出する速度ベクトル算出部(21)と、速度ベクトル算出部(21)により速度ベクトルが算出された複数のセルの中から、互いの距離が、航空機(2)の全幅の長さである2つのセルの組み合わせを複数選択し、それぞれの組み合わせに含まれている2つのセルの速度ベクトルに基づいて、航空機(2)に横揺れをもたらす可能性のある横揺れ風を検出する横揺れ風検出部(22)とを備えるように、風検出装置(14)を構成した。
