Abstract
(EN) This diamond-coated tool comprises: a base material formed from a hard metal alloy; and a diamond layer disposed on the base material. When a cross section of the diamond layer along the normal of the surface is observed with a scanning electron microscope, an average void area ratio of the diamond layer is 0-0.2% in a region R, which is enclosed by an interface S1 between the base material and the diamond layer and a virtual surface Q that is located at the distance of 5 μm from the interface S1 toward the surface side of the diamond layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un outil revêtu de diamant comprenant : un matériau de base constitué d'un alliage de métal dur ; et une couche de diamant disposée sur le matériau de base. Lorsqu'une section transversale de la couche de diamant le long de la normale de la surface est observée avec un microscope électronique à balayage, un rapport de surface de vide moyen de la couche de diamant est de 0 à 0,2 % dans une région R, qui est entourée par une interface S1 entre le matériau de base et la couche de diamant et une surface virtuelle Q qui est située à la distance de 5 μm de l'interface S1 vers le côté surface de la couche de diamant.
