Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present disclosure is to make the input and output of optical signals propagated through the core of an optical fiber possible without bending the optical fiber. The optical fiber of the present disclosure comprises a core (11), a cladding layer (12) having a lower refractive index than the core, and a coating layer (13) that covers the outer periphery of the cladding layer. The cladding layer comprises a first cladding part (12A) that has a principal ingredient that is the same as the core, and a second cladding part (12B) that is softer than the first cladding part and that has a principal ingredient that differs from the first cladding part. The boundary surface of the first cladding part and the second cladding part is in contact with the core.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente divulgation est de rendre possible l'entrée et la sortie de signaux optiques propagés à travers l'âme d'une fibre optique sans courber la fibre optique. À cet effet, la fibre optique de la présente divulgation comprend une âme (11), une couche de gainage (12) ayant un indice de réfraction inférieur à celui de l'âme, et une couche de revêtement (13) qui recouvre la périphérie externe de la couche de gainage. La couche de gainage comprend une première partie de gainage (12A) qui présente un constituant principal qui est le même que l'âme et une seconde partie de gainage (12B) qui est plus molle que la première partie de gainage et qui présente un constituant principal qui diffère de la première partie de gainage.
