Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a system and method for accurately monitoring of urine output (UO) in a catheterized patient. The system comprises a human-machine interface (HMI) station that is provided with integration of modules such as diagnostics, visualization and alerting, and communication and control. The method comprises actively clearing a urine line system by use of a negative pressure in the catheter system facilitating removal of residual urine and enabling accurate measurement of UO. The method further comprises obtaining values of urine parameters to enable early diagnosis and staging of acute kidney injury (AKI).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour la surveillance précise de la sortie d'urine 5 (UO) dans un patient cathétérisé. Le système comprend une station d'Interface humain-machine (HMI) qui est pourvue d'une intégration de modules tels que des diagnostics, une visualisation et une alerte, et une communication et une commande. Le procédé comprend l'élimination active d'un système de conduite d'urine par l'utilisation d'une pression négative dans le système de cathéter, facilitant l'élimination de l'urine résiduelle et permettant 10 une mesure précise de l'UO. Le procédé comprend en outre l'obtention de valeurs de paramètres d'urine pour permettre un diagnostic précoce et une stadification de lésion rénale aiguë (AKI).
