Abstract
(EN) A modular valve island 100 comprising a plurality of valves, a supply exhaust module 6, a data communication module 7 and a diagnostic module 8. At least one of the plurality of valves has at least one integrated sensor configured to detect an operating condition of the modular valve island. The at least one integrated sensor is electrically connected to the diagnostic module 8, to send sensor signals thereto. The diagnostic module 8 is configured to receive and process the sensor signals therein to identify the operating condition. The modular valve island 100 is configured to provide data relating to the operating condition of the modular valve island 100 via at least one of: a user interface provided in the diagnostic module 8; an industrial Ethernet link; or a wireless network and/or cloud communication link.
(FR) Un îlot de valves modulaire (100) comprend une pluralité de valves, un module d'échappement d'alimentation (6), un module de communication de données (7) et un module de diagnostic (8). Au moins l'une parmi la pluralité de valves comporte au moins un capteur intégré conçu pour détecter un état de fonctionnement de l'îlot de valves modulaire. Ledit capteur intégré est connecté électriquement au module de diagnostic (8), pour envoyer des signaux de capteur à celui-ci. Le module de diagnostic (8) est conçu pour recevoir et traiter les signaux de capteur en son sein pour identifier l'état de fonctionnement. L'îlot de valves modulaire (100) est conçu pour fournir des données relatives à l'état de fonctionnement de l'îlot de valves modulaire (100) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un des éléments suivants : une interface utilisateur disposée dans le module de diagnostic (8) ; une liaison Ethernet industrielle ; ou un réseau sans fil et/ou une liaison de communication en nuage.
