Abstract
(EN) Composite materials are described that comprise a polymer, a lignocellulosic compound, a coupling agent and graphene. The lignocellulosic compound is a shive. When compared with materials formed solely from the neat polymer, the composite materials offer improvements in terms of shrinkage properties, tensile and flexural properties and heat distortion properties. Moreover, the material properties of the composite material can be tailored according to the intended application of the material. Also described is a process for preparing the composite materials, as well as various uses of the composite materials.
(FR) L'invention concerne des matériaux composites qui comprennent un polymère, un composé lignocellulosique, un agent de couplage et du graphène. Le composé lignocellulosique est une bûchette. Par rapport aux matériaux formés uniquement à partir du polymère pur, les matériaux composites offrent des améliorations en termes de propriétés de retrait, de propriétés de traction et de flexion et de propriétés de distorsion thermique. De plus, les propriétés des matériaux du matériau composite peuvent être adaptées en fonction de l'application visée pour le matériau. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation des matériaux composites, ainsi que diverses utilisations des matériaux composites.
