(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la présence ou de l'absence d'un anticorps dans un échantillon, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) mettre en contact l'échantillon avec une composition de lyse comprenant : (i) un composé d'ammonium quaternaire ; et (ii) un tensioactif non ionique ; et (b) à mettre en contact l'échantillon et la composition de lyse avec un dispositif de détection d'anticorps.
