Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a bimetallic catalytic system consisting of the metal components having the formulae RLi and Ca(AR'y)2 (L)x where - R is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 aliphatic radical, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aromatic radical, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heteroaliphatic radical, - A is a nitrogen atom N or a carbon atom C, - y depends on the valence of A, y is 2 when A is N and y is 3 when A is C, - each R' is, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C10 aliphatic radical, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aromatic radical, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl radical, a C1-C10 aliphatic radical substituted with at least one substituted or unsubstituted silyl radical, a C6-C20 aromatic radical, substituted with at least one substituted or unsubstituted silyl radical, - L is a ligand, - and x is a number from 0 to 4. The invention further relates to the use of this bimetallic catalytic system for the anionic polymerization of conjugated dienes, whereby trans-1,4-stereoregular diene polymers can be obtained.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système catalytique bimétallique constitué des composants métalliques de formules RLi et Ca(AR'y)2 (L)x dans lesquelles - R représente un radical aliphatique en C1-C10, substitué ou non, un radical aromatique en C6- C20, substitué ou non, ou radical hétéroaliphatique en C1-C10, substitué ou non, - A désigne un atome d'azote N ou un atome de carbone C, - y dépend de la valence de A, y vaut 2 lorsque A est N et y vaut 3 lorsque A est C, - chaque R' représente, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un atome d'hydrogène, un radical aliphatique en C5-C10, substitué ou non, un radical aromatique en C6-C20, substitué ou non, un radical silyle, substitué ou non, un radical aliphatique en C1-C10, substitué par au moins un radical silyle, substitué ou non, un radical aromatique en C6-C20, substitué au moins un radical silyle substitué ou non, - L représente un ligand - x est un nombre allant de 0 à 4. L'utilisation de ce système catalytique bimétallique pour la polymérisation anionique de diènes conjugués permet l'obtention de polymères diéniques stéréoréguliers trans-1,4.
