Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tyre comprising a carcass layer and a single working layer, in which the working wire reinforcement elements (180) form, with the circumferential direction of the tyre, an angle AT ranging from 27° to 40°. During the method, a carcass assembly is formed by winding a carcass ply, said carcass assembly being intended to form the carcass layer in which the wire carcass reinforcement elements (340) form, with the circumferential direction (x) of the support member, an initial angle A3 ranging, in absolute terms, from 80° to 90°.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un pneumatique comprenant une couche de carcasse et une unique couche de travail dans laquelle les éléments de renfort filaires de travail (180) forment, avec la direction circonférentielle du pneumatique, un angle AT allant de 27° à 40°. Au cours du procédé, on forme par enroulement d'une nappe de carcasse, un ensemble de carcasse destiné à former la couche de carcasse dans lequel les éléments de renfort filaires de carcasse (340) forment, avec la direction circonférentielle (x) du support, un angle initial A3 allant, en valeur absolue, de 80° à 90°.
