Abstract
(EN) A method for preparing a 3D-printed silicone comprising: a) preparation of a 3D model of a preproduct; b) additive manufacturing of the preproduct according to the 3D model of the preproduct using an additive manufacturing device and an additive manufacturing composition comprising: i) at least one silicone building block bearing a plurality of alkenyl groups (A); ii) at least one crosslinking agent bearing a plurality of thiol groups (B); iii) at least one free radical photoinitiator (D); c) post-curing treatment that comprises at least one further curing step other than light-promoted curing, preferably either heat promoted radical curing or silanol condensation curing; wherein the ratio of thiol groups to alkenyl groups in the additive manufacturing composition is in the range from 0.5:1 to 5:1.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une silicone imprimée en 3D comprenant : a) la préparation d’un modèle 3D d’un pré-produit ; b) la fabrication additive du pré-produit conformément au modèle 3D du pré-produit par utilisation d’un dispositif de fabrication additive et d’une composition de fabrication additive comprenant : i) au moins un bloc de construction de silicone portant une pluralité de groupes alcényle (A) ; ii) au moins un agent de réticulation portant une pluralité de groupes thiol (B) ; iii) au moins un photoamorceur de radicaux libres (D) ; c) un traitement de post-durcissement qui comprend au moins une étape de durcissement supplémentaire autre qu’un photodurcissement, de préférence un photodurcissement radicalaire ou un durcissement par condensation du silanol ; le rapport des groupes thiol aux groupes alcényle dans la composition de fabrication additive étant compris dans la plage de 0,5:1 à 5:1.
