Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to sheets or webs of a resin-impregnated fibrous material, comprising an impregnating resin, which comprises a combination of a) at least one resin component A, which is selected from the group consisting of aminoplast resins and phenoplast resins and mixtures thereof; and b) at least one resin component B, which is an oligomer or polymer having ethylenically unsaturated double bonds, wherein at least 40 mol-%, in particular at least 60 mol-%, especially at least 80 mol-% or 100 mol-% of the ethylenically unsaturated double bonds are selected from the group consisting of allyl groups, acryl groups and methacryl groups. The invention also relates to a process for producing a resin-impregnated fibrous material as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, which comprises impregnating a fibrous material in the form sheet or a web with a liquid resin composition comprising a combination of a) the resin component A, preferably in the form of a pre-condensate; and b) the resin component B as defined herein.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des feuilles ou des bandes d'un matériau fibreux imprégné de résine, comprenant une résine d'imprégnation, qui consiste en une combinaison des éléments suivants : a) au moins un composant de résine A, qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par les résines aminoplastes et les résines phénoplastes et leurs mélanges ; et b) au moins un composant de résine B, qui est un oligomère ou un polymère ayant des doubles liaisons insaturées en éthylène, au moins 40 % en moles, en particulier au moins 60 % en moles, notamment au moins 80 % en moles ou 100 % en moles des doubles liaisons insaturées en éthylène étant choisis dans le groupe constitué par les groupes allyle, les groupes acrylate et les groupes méthacrylate. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un matériau fibreux imprégné de résine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui comprend l'imprégnation d'un matériau fibreux sous forme de feuille ou de bande avec une composition de résine liquide comprenant une combinaison des éléments suivants : a) le composant résine A, de préférence sous la forme d'un précondensat ; et b) le composant résine B tel que défini ici.
