Abstract
(EN) A method of manufacturing a shell (36 and 38) of a wind turbine blade (10) is disclosed. The method comprises providing a mould (9) having a marker (11) at pre-determined locations. One or more layers of fiber fabrics are provided on surface of the mould (9) to form a shell half structure (36 and 38). Resin is infused through the one or more layers of fiber fabrics and subsequently cured to obtain the shell half structure (36 and 38). A reference portion (19) is marked on the shell half structure (36 and 38) to assemble one or more components on the shell half structure (36 and 38), by detecting a location of the marker (11) in the mould (9) by a detection device (13). The above method facilitates accurate positioning of component such as shear webs (7).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une coque (36 et 38) d'une pale (10) d’éolienne. Le procédé comprend l'utilisation d'un moule (9) présentant un marqueur (11) en des emplacements prédéterminés. Une ou plusieurs couches de tissu fibreux sont disposées sur la surface du moule (9) pour former une demi-structure de coque (36 et 38). De la résine est infusée à travers ladite une ou lesdites plusieurs couches de tissu fibreux et ensuite durcie pour obtenir la demi-structure de coque (36 et 38). Une partie de référence (19) est marquée sur la demi-structure de coque (36 et 38) pour assembler un ou plusieurs éléments sur la demi-structure de coque (36 et 38), par la détection d'un emplacement du marqueur (11) dans le moule (9) par un dispositif de détection (13). Le procédé ci-dessus facilite le positionnement précis d'éléments tels que des bandes de cisaillement (7).
