Abstract
(EN) A composition in the form of a solution or dispersion, comprising an anhydride- modified polyolefin, an anhydride-modified styrenic block copolymer, and an isocyanate-containing crosslinker, wherein the anhydride-modified polyolefin and anhydride-modified styrenic block copolymer are present in a total amount in the range of 7% to 18% by weight in total, based on the composition, and in a weight ratio of anhydride-modified polyolefin to anhydride-modified styrenic block copolymer which is in the range of 2:1 to 6:1; the weight ratio of isocyanate- containing crosslinker to the sum of anhydride-modified polyolefin plus anhydride- modified styrenic block copolymer is in the range of 0.2:1 to 0.5:1; and the solvent comprises a ketone as first solvent and an alkylbenzene or an alkane solvent. The compositions are useful for adhering TPO to TPU, polyester or PU. The composition can be used in a process of bonding a first part or coating of a TPO to a second part or coating of TPU, polyester or PU, using heat and optionally pressure, wherein the adhesion has improved peel strength.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition sous la forme d'une solution ou d'une dispersion, comprenant une polyoléfine modifiée par un anhydride, un copolymère styrénique séquencé modifié par un anhydride, et un agent de réticulation contenant un isocyanate, la polyoléfine modifiée par un anhydride et le copolymère styrénique séquencé modifié par un anhydride étant présents en une quantité totale dans la plage de 7 % à 18 % en poids au total, sur la base de la composition, et en un rapport en poids de la polyoléfine modifiée par un anhydride sur le copolymère styrénique séquencé modifié par un anhydride qui se trouve dans la plage de 2/1 à 6/1 ; le rapport en poids de l'agent de réticulation contenant un isocyanate sur la somme de la polyoléfine modifiée par un anhydride plus le copolymère styrénique séquencé modifié par un anhydride se trouve dans la plage de 0,2/1 à 0,5/1 ; et le solvant comprend une cétone en tant que premier solvant et un solvant alkylbenzène ou alcane. Les compositions sont utiles pour faire adhérer le TPO au TPU, au polyester ou au PU. La composition peut être utilisée dans un procédé de liaison d'une première partie ou d'un premier revêtement d'un TPO à une seconde partie ou second revêtement de TPU, polyester ou PU, à l'aide de chaleur et éventuellement de pression, l'adhérence ayant une résistance au pelage améliorée.
