Abstract
(DE) Erfindungsgemäß ist ein Metallmatrix-Verbundwerkstoff, hergestellt aus einer Pulvermischung mit einer Zusammensetzung mit Aluminium mit einem Reinheitsgrad von mindestens 95,0 % und mit hexagonalem Bornitrid und bis zu 2 % ihres Gewichts Trennmittel, gekennzeichnet durch bis zu 1 % ihres Gewichts hexagonales Bornitrid. Erfindungsgemäß ist zudem ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines solchen Metallmatrix-Verbundwerkstoffes gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte, - das Aluminiumpulver mechanisch oder durch Wasserverdüstung oder Gas-Atomisierung zu zerkleinern und - die Materialbestandteile, in Pulverform, zu mischen und - die Mischung durch Urformen oder Strangpressen oder Sintern oder 3d-Drucken zu einem Barren, Halbzeug oder Bauteil zu verarbeiten.
(EN) The invention provides a metal matrix composite material produced from a powder mixture having a composition comprising aluminium with a purity of at least 95.0% and comprising hexagonal boron nitride and up to 2% of its weight of separating agent, characterized by up to 1% of its weight of hexagonal boron nitride. The invention additionally provides a process for producing such a metal matrix composite material, characterized by the steps of: – comminuting the aluminium powder mechanically or by water atomization or gas atomization and – mixing the material constituents, in powder form, and – processing the mixture by primary forming or extrusion or sintering or 3D printing to given an ingot, semifinished component or component part.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite à matrice métallique produit à partir d'un mélange pulvérulent ayant une composition comprenant de l'aluminium ayant une pureté d'au moins 95,0 % et comprenant du nitrure de bore hexagonal, et jusqu'à 2 % de son poids d'agent de séparation, caractérisé en ce jusqu'à 1 % de son poids est du nitrure de bore hexagonal. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un tel matériau composite à matrice métallique, caractérisé par les étapes consistant : à broyer la poudre d'aluminium mécaniquement ou par atomisation à l'eau ou atomisation au gaz et à mélanger les constituants du matériau, sous forme de poudre, et à traiter le mélange par formage primaire ou extrusion ou frittage ou impression 3D pour obtenir un lingot, un composant semi-fini ou une pièce de composant.
