Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines 3-dimensionalen Objektes mittels eines additiven Fertigungsverfahrens, bei dem ein Fertigungsmaterial durch wenigstens eine Einbringöffnung wenigstens einer Einbringnadel in einem fließfähigen Zustand in ein Stützmaterial eingebracht wird und danach aushärtet, wobei die Einbringöffnung derart eingerichtet ist, dass durch sie entlang einer Einbringlinie Fertigungsmaterial in das Stützmaterial einbringbar ist, wobei die Einbringnadel von einer Startposition zu einer Endposition bewegt wird, die so nah beieinander liegen, dass die Einbringnadel entlang einer zumindest nahezu geschlossenen Bahn bewegt wird, wobei der Verlauf, die Erstreckung und/oder die Länge der Einbringlinie derart gewählt ist, dass mit einem einzigen Umlauf der Einbringnadel das 3-dimensionale Objekt hergestellt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a 3-dimensional object by means of an additive manufacturing process in which a manufacturing material is fed in a free-flowing state through at least one feed-in opening of at least one feed-in needle into a supporting material and is then cured, wherein the feed-in opening is designed in such a way that manufacturing material can be fed into the supporting material through it along a feed-in line, wherein the feed-in needle is moved from a starting position to an end position, which lie so close together that the feed-in needle is moved along an at least almost closed path, wherein the course, the extent and/or the length of the feed-in line is chosen such that the 3-dimensional object is produced by the feed-in needle running around the path a single time.
