Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a microorganism transformed with L-arginine:glycine amidinotransferase and a glyoxylate aminotransferase and reduced malate synthase to be capable of producing guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) and to a method for the fermentative production of GAA using such microorganism. The present invention also relates to a method for the fermentative production of creatine.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un micro-organisme transformé avec de la L-arginine:glycine amidinotransférase et une glyoxylate aminotransférase et une malate synthase réduite pour pouvoir produire de l'acide guanidinoacétique (AGA) et un procédé de production d'AGA par fermentation à l'aide d'un tel micro-organisme. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production de créatine par fermentation.
