Abstract
(EN) A compressor rotor for turbomachinery, such as a compressor, is provided. Disclosed embodiments can benefit from seal elements that may be arranged to inhibit passage onto respective hirth couplings of process fluid being processed by the compressor. A seal element may be affixed to adjacent rotor components (e.g., adjacent impeller bodies) by way of a slip or interference fit connection to one of the adjacent components and may be affixed to the other adjacent rotor component by way of a elastically flexible frustoconical inner surface of the seal element that permits the seal element to be placed in a spring-loaded condition, which generates a biasing force to circumferentially clamp onto a frustoconical outer surface of the other adjacent rotor component. This arrangement is conducive to user-friendly assembly/disassembly of the seal elements with respect to the adjacent rotor components.
(FR) L'invention concerne un rotor de compresseur pour turbomachine, tel qu'un compresseur. Des modes de réalisation divulgués peuvent bénéficier d'éléments d'étanchéité qui peuvent être agencés pour empêcher le passage sur des couplages Hirth respectifs du fluide de traitement qui est traité par le compresseur. Un élément d'étanchéité peut être fixé à des composants de rotor adjacents (par exemple, des corps de rotor adjacents) au moyen d'un raccord à ajustement coulissant ou serré avec l'un des composants adjacents et peut être fixé à l'autre élément de rotor adjacent par l'intermédiaire d'une surface intérieure tronconique élastiquement flexible de l'élément d'étanchéité qui permet à l'élément d'étanchéité d'être placé dans une condition chargée par ressort, ce qui génère une force de sollicitation pour se serrer de manière circonférentielle sur une surface extérieure tronconique de l'autre composant de rotor adjacent. Cet agencement permet un assemblage/désassemblage convivial des éléments d'étanchéité par rapport aux composants de rotor adjacents.
