Abstract
(DE) Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Formstoffmischungen enthaltend ein Polyurethan-Bindemittel auf Basis von Phenolharzen vom Benzylether-Typ, Polyisocyanate und weiterhin ein Polybutadien-Derivat aufweisend Epoxid- Gruppen und Hydroxyl-Gruppen oder ein Polybutadien-Derivat aufweisend Bernsteinsäureanhydrid-Gruppen. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Isocyanat- Kom ponente und das Polyurethan-Bindemittel auf Basis von Phenolharzen, sowie mit den Formstoffmischungen hergestellte Kerne, Formen oder Speiser sowie die Verwendung der Polybutadien-Derivate als Trennmittel.
(EN) The invention relates to molding material mixes containing a polyurethane binder on the basis of phenolic resins of the benzyl ether type, polyisocyanates and further a polybutadiene derivative having expoxide groups and hydroxyl groups or a polybutadiene derivative having succinic anhydride groups. The invention further relates to an isocyanate component and the polyurethane binder on the basis of phenolic acids, to cores, molds or risers produced using the molding material mixes and to the use of the polybutadiene derivatives as release agents.
(FR) L'invention concerne des mélanges de matières de moulage contenant un liant polyuréthane à base de résines phénoliques de type benzyléther, des polyisocyanates et en outre un dérivé de polybutadiène présentant des groupes époxyde et des groupes hydroxyle ou un dérivé de polybutadiène présentant des groupes anhydride succinique. L'invention concerne en outre un constituant isocyanate et le liant polyuréthane à base d'acides phénoliques, des noyaux, des moules ou des colonnes montantes produits à l'aide des mélanges de matières de moulage et l'utilisation des dérivés de polybutadiène en tant qu'agents antiadhésifs.
