Abstract
(EN) A method for preparing glucopyranosyl derivatives as sodium dependent glucose cotransporter (SGLT) inhibitors, an intermediate thereof, and a method for preparing the intermediate. The method has simple operation, simple post-treatment, easy purification, high total yield, high optical purity of the product, safe and controllable process, and is suitable for industrial production.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de dérivés de glucopyranosyle en tant qu'inhibiteurs de cotransporteur de glucose dépendant du sodium (SGLT), un intermédiaire de ceux-ci, et un procédé de préparation de l'intermédiaire. Le procédé présente un fonctionnement simple, un post-traitement simple, une purification facile, un rendement total élevé, une pureté optique élevée du produit, un procédé sûr et contrôlable, et est approprié pour une production industrielle.
