Abstract
(EN) The invention belongs to the technical field of composite board preparation, and relates to a sandwich composite board and a preparation method therefor. The sandwich composite board includes, from top to bottom, an upper panel layer, a core layer, and a lower panel layer, wherein the upper panel layer and the lower panel layer are a glass or fiber reinforced resin-based composite sheet; and the core material layer is composed of an aerogel, a resin and an expandable microsphere foaming agent. Method (1) comprises: heating and melting a resin to obtain slurry A, cooling same, adding an aerogel and an expandable microsphere foaming agent thereto, and uniformly mixing same to obtain slurry B, then flat-laying the lower panel layer, coating or printing with the slurry B, then laying the upper panel layer and hot press molding same. Method (2) comprises: uniformly mixing an aerogel, a resin and an expandable microsphere foaming agent to obtain mixed material A, charging the mixed material A into a non-woven bag for sealing to obtain core B, flat-laying the lower panel layer, flat-laying the core B, then laying the upper panel layer, and hot press molding same. The sandwich composite board prepared by the present invention has a controllable thickness, a controllable density, a good heat insulation, a sound insulation and noise reduction effect, and a good integrity.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la préparation de panneaux composites et concerne en particulier un panneau sandwich composite et son procédé de préparation. Le panneau sandwich composite comprend, de haut en bas, une couche de panneau supérieure, une couche centrale et une couche de panneau inférieure, la couche de panneau supérieure et la couche de panneau inférieure étant une feuille composite à base de résine renforcée de verre ou de fibre; la couche centrale est composée d'un aérogel, d'une résine et d'un agent moussant à micro-sphères expansibles. Le procédé (1) consiste : à chauffer et à faire fondre une résine pour obtenir une suspension A, à la refroidir, à ajouter un aérogel et un agent moussant à micro-sphères dilatables à ladite suspension, et à la mélanger uniformément pour obtenir la suspension B, puis à poser à plat la couche de panneau inférieure, à la revêtir ou à l'imprimer avec la suspension B, puis à poser à plat la couche de panneau supérieure et à mouler à chaud. Le procédé (2) consiste : à mélanger uniformément un aérogel, une résine et un agent moussant à micro-sphères dilatables pour obtenir un matériau mixte A, à charger le matériau mixte A dans un sac non tissé pour en assurer l'étanchéité afin d'obtenir le noyau B, à poser à plat la couche de panneau inférieure, le noyau B, puis la couche de panneau supérieure, et à presser à chaud. Le panneau sandwich composite préparé selon la présente invention présente une épaisseur et une densité pouvant être régulées, un niveau satisfaisant d'isolation thermique, d'isolation acoustique et de réduction de bruits, ainsi qu'une bonne intégrité.
(ZH) 本发明属于复合板材制备技术领域,公开一种夹芯复合板材及其制备方法。由上到下包括上面板层、芯材层和下面板层;上面板层、下面板层为玻璃或纤维增强树脂基复合片;芯材层由气凝胶、树脂和可膨胀微球发泡剂组成。方法①:将树脂加热熔化,得浆料A,冷却,加入气凝胶和可膨胀微球发泡剂,混合均匀,得浆料B;将下面板层平铺放置,涂刷浆料B,接着铺设上面板层,热压成型即可。方法②:将气凝胶、树脂、可膨胀微球发泡剂混合均匀,得混合料A;将混合料A装入无纺布袋中密封,得芯材B;将下面板层平铺放置,平铺芯材B,接着铺设上面板层,热压成型即可。本发明制备的夹芯复合板材厚度可控、密度可控、良好的隔热隔音降噪效果、整体性良好。
