Abstract
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a lightweight main beam for a wind power blade having a concave structure and manufacturing, a main beam structure combination, and the wind power blade and a manufacturing method therefor. The lightweight main beam for the wind power blade having the concave structure is integrally groove-shaped, and comprises support portions located on two wings of the lightweight main beam and a middle connecting portion for connecting the two support portions. The manufacturing method comprises: laying a reinforcement of the middle connecting portion and a support material of the support portions, and filling resin. The main beam structure combination comprises a web plate and the lightweight main beam; the two ends of the web plate are respectively connected to a pressure surface lightweight main beam and a suction surface lightweight main beam by means of positioning and matching structures. Further disclosed are the wind power blade comprising the lightweight main beam structure combination and the manufacturing method for the wind power blade. According to the present invention, by integrating various factors, the weight of the wind power blade is reduced, the material utilization rate of the wind power blade is increased, and the light weight of the wind power blade is achieved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une poutre maîtresse légère pour une pale d'éolienne ayant une structure et une fabrication concaves, une combinaison de structure de poutre maîtresse, et la pale d'éolienne et un procédé de fabrication pour celle-ci. La poutre maîtresse légère pour la pale d'éolienne ayant la structure concave est intégralement en forme de rainure, et comprend des parties de support situées sur deux ailes de la poutre maîtresse légère et une partie de liaison centrale pour relier les deux parties de support. Le procédé de fabrication consiste à : poser un renfort de la partie de liaison centrale et une matière de support des parties de support, et remplir avec une résine. La combinaison de structure de poutre maîtresse comprend une plaque d'âme et la poutre maîtresse légère ; les deux extrémités de la plaque d'âme sont respectivement reliées à une poutre maîtresse légère d'intrados et à une poutre maîtresse légère d'extrados au moyen de structures de positionnement et appariées. L'invention concerne en outre la pale d'éolienne comprenant la combinaison de structure de poutre maîtresse légère et le procédé de fabrication pour la pale d'éolienne.
