Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure generally relates to an additive manufacturing system. The system can comprise a material supply module for melting and pressurizing a printing material; a micro-screw printing head comprising: a micro-screw comprising a threaded stem portion and a conical head portion, wherein the threaded stem portion is threaded throughout its length for volume measurement; a sleeve, and a nozzle, wherein a distal end of the nozzle comprises: a conical inner surface, and an outlet port for dispensing the print material, wherein the conical inner surface of the nozzle is configured to be in contact with the conical head portion of the micro-screw to stop dispensing the printing material at the nozzle when the micro-screw printing head is in a closed position; a driving module comprising: a rotation motor for driving a rotating motion of the micro-screw, and an actuator for driving a vertical motion of the micro-screw.
(FR) La présente invention concerne de manière générale un système de fabrication additive. Le système peut comprendre : un module d'alimentation en matériau pour faire fondre et mettre sous pression un matériau d'impression ; une tête d'impression à micro-vis comprenant : une micro-vis comprenant une partie tige filetée et une partie tête conique, la partie tige filetée étant filetée sur toute sa longueur pour une mesure de volume ; un manchon et une buse, une extrémité distale de la buse comprenant : une surface interne conique et un orifice de sortie pour distribuer le matériau d'impression, la surface interne conique de la buse étant conçue pour être en contact avec la partie de tête conique de la micro-vis pour arrêter la distribution du matériau d'impression au niveau de la buse lorsque la tête d'impression à micro-vis est dans une position fermée ; un module d'entraînement comprenant : un moteur de rotation pour entraîner un mouvement de rotation de la micro-vis et un actionneur pour entraîner un mouvement vertical de la micro-vis.
