Abstract
(EN) A transparent wear-resistant film layer, a plastic substrate modification method, and a product, the plastic substrate modification method comprises the following steps: bombarding with ions at least one plastic substrate positioned in one chamber of a PECVD coating device in order to clean and activate the plastic substrate, and on the surface of the activated plastic substrate, using a siloxane monomer as a reaction material and using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition to form a transparent wear-resistant film layer.
(FR) Couche de film transparente résistante à l'usure, procédé de modification de substrat en plastique et produit, le procédé de modification de substrat en plastique consistant : à bombarder d'ions au moins un substrat en plastique positionné dans une chambre d'un dispositif de revêtement par PECVD afin de nettoyer et d'activer le substrat en plastique, et à utiliser, sur la surface du substrat en plastique activé, un monomère de siloxane en tant que matériau de réaction et un dépôt chimique en phase vapeur assisté par plasma pour former une couche de film transparente résistante à l'usure.
(ZH) 一种透明耐磨膜层、塑料基材改性方法以及产品,其中所述塑料基材改性方法包括如下步骤:以离子轰击位于一PECVD镀膜设备的一腔室的至少一塑料基材以清洗和活化所述塑料基材和在活化后的所述塑料基材表面以硅氧烷单体为反应原料以等离子体增强化学气相方法沉积形成一透明耐磨膜层。
