Abstract
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention is a cleaning method used for replacing phosphating for thermal diffusion electroplated wire, where a phosphorus-free cleaning solution is used to clean a steel wire, the phosphorus-free cleaning solution is made of H2SO4, ZnSO4, and purified water, the phosphorus-free cleaning solution is placed within a cleaning trough, an adjustment trough is arranged between a galvanization trough and the phosphorous-free cleaning trough, the galvanization trough and the phosphorus-free cleaning trough, the galvanization trough and the adjustment trough, and the phosphorus-free cleaning trough and the adjustment trough are respectively connected using piping, and when the ZnSO4 concentration within the cleaning trough is too high, the solution within the cleaning trough directly flows back to the galvanization trough, and simultaneously a new solution enters into the cleaning trough from the galvanization trough by means of supplemental addition of the adjustment trough. The cleaning method used for replacing phosphating for thermal diffusion electroplated wire of the present invention can replace a phosophorus-containing cleaning solution, has a low cost, and does not cause pollution.
