Abstract
(EN) A modified hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose for an enhanced ceramic tile adhesive, which is made from the following raw materials in percentages by mass: 54% to 94% of a hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5% to 40% of a starch ether, 0.5% to 3% of a dispersing agent, and 0.5% to 3% of a rheological agent, wherein the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is prepared from a cellulose powder, caustic soda granules, a caustic soda liquid, chloromethane and propylene oxide. A preparation method therefor involves: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing the cellulose powder, the caustic soda granules, the caustic soda liquid, the chloromethane and the propylene oxide, subjecting same to an etherification reaction, and then subjecting same to neutralization, washing, centrifugation, drying and crushing in sequence to obtain the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; and (3) mixing and stirring the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the starch ether, the dispersing agent and the rheological agent to obtain the modified hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The resulting product is stable in quality, has the function of improving the tensile bonding strength of the ceramic tile adhesive, is applied to modern ceramic tiles with a large size and a large mass, and can significantly improve the use safety of the ceramic tiles.
(FR) Hydroxypropylméthylcellulose modifiée pour un adhésif de carreau de céramique amélioré, constituée des matières premières suivantes en pourcentages en masse : de 54 % à 94 % d'une hydroxypropylméthylcellulose, de 5 % à 40 % d'un éther d'amidon, de 0,5 % à 3 % d'un agent dispersant, et de 0,5 % à 3 % d'un agent rhéologique, l'hydroxypropylméthylcellulose étant préparée à partir d'une poudre de cellulose, de granulés de soude caustique, d'un liquide de soude caustique, de chlorométhane et d'oxyde de propylène. Son procédé de préparation consiste à : (1) peser les matières premières ; (2) mélanger la poudre de cellulose, les granulés de soude caustique, le liquide de soude caustique, le chlorométhane et l'oxyde de propylène, soumettre le mélange à une réaction d'éthérification, puis soumettre le mélange à une neutralisation, à un lavage, à une centrifugation, à un séchage et à un concassage en séquence pour obtenir l'hydroxypropylméthylcellulose ; et (3) mélanger et agiter l'hydroxypropylméthylcellulose, l'éther d'amidon, l'agent dispersant et l'agent rhéologique pour obtenir l'hydroxypropylméthylcellulose modifiée. Le produit obtenu présente une qualité stable, a pour fonction d'améliorer la résistance à la liaison et à la traction de l'adhésif de carreau de céramique, est appliqué à des carreaux de céramique modernes présentant une grande taille et une masse importante, et peut considérablement améliorer la sécurité d'utilisation des carreaux de céramique.
(ZH) 一种增强型瓷砖胶用改性羟丙基甲基纤维素,由以下质量百分比的原料制得:羟丙基甲基纤维素54%-94%、淀粉醚5%-40%、分散剂0.5%-3%和流变剂0.5%-3%;其中,羟丙基甲基纤维素由纤维素粉、粒碱、液碱、氯甲烷和环氧丙烷制得;制备方法为:(1)称取各原料;(2)将纤维素粉、粒碱、液碱、氯甲烷和环氧丙烷混合,进行醚化反应,然后再依次进行中和、洗涤、离心、干燥和粉碎,得到羟丙基甲基纤维素;(3)将羟丙基甲基纤维素、淀粉醚、分散剂和流变剂进行混合搅拌,即得。所得产品质量稳定,具有改善瓷砖胶拉伸粘结强度的功能,应用于现代尺寸大、质量大的瓷砖,能够显著提高瓷砖使用的安全性。
