Abstract
(EN) The present application relates to a 3D printing method and a 3D printing device. The method comprises: identifying a contour of a model slice image, and dividing the image into a first type area and a second type area, the first type area being an area in the image within a preset range from the contour, and the second type area being an area in the image other than the first type area; and, according to a preset policy, exposing the first type area and the second type area, the exposure of the first type area being less than the exposure of the second type area. The solution provided in the present application can reduce the impact on the slice edge outer side during the 3D printing process.
(FR) La présente demande se rapporte à un procédé d'impression 3D et à un dispositif d'impression 3D. Le procédé consiste : à identifier un contour d'une image de tranche modèle, et à diviser l'image en une zone d'un premier type et une zone d'un second type, la zone d'un premier type étant une zone dans l'image à l'intérieur d'une plage prédéfinie à partir du contour, et la zone d'un second type étant une zone dans l'image autre que la zone d'un premier type ; et, selon une politique prédéfinie, à exposer la zone d'un premier type et la zone d'un second type, l'exposition de la zone d'un premier type étant inférieure à l'exposition de la zone d'un second type. La solution proposée dans la présente demande peut réduire l'impact sur le côté extérieur de bord de tranche pendant le processus d'impression 3D.
(ZH) 本申请是关于一种3D打印方法及3D打印设备。该方法包括:识别模型切片图像的轮廓,将所述图像划分为第一类区域以及第二类区域;其中,所述第一类区域为所述图像中距离所述轮廓预置范围内的区域;所述第二类区域为图像中第一类区域以外的区域;按照预置的策略对所述第一类区域以及所述第二类区域进行曝光,所述第一类区域的曝光量小于所述第二类区域的曝光量。本申请提供的方案,能够减少3D打印过程对切片边缘外侧的影响,提高打印精度。
