Abstract
(EN) A method for connecting a bus bar (30), a photovoltaic module, and a battery string (40), which relates to the technical field of photovoltaic modules. When connecting a bus bar (30), a connected piece need only be clamped between a first folding part (301) and a second folding part (302), pinched and then bonded and connected, without requiring a high temperature environment and other complicated operations, thereby reducing the processing costs. In addition, a first conductive adhesive film (202) or a second conductive adhesive film (3012) can be used for preliminary alignment, thereby providing convenience for a subsequent bonding operation. Meanwhile, during operation, no solder slag is generated and the problem of glue overflow does not occur, thereby simplifying the processing procedure, improving the processing efficiency, and improving the yield of the manufacturing process of photovoltaic modules.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé destiné à connecter une barre omnibus (30), un module photovoltaïque, et une chaîne de batteries (40), lesquels se rapportent au domaine technique des modules photovoltaïques. Lorsqu’une barre omnibus est connectée (30), une pièce connectée a seulement besoin d’être serrée entre une première partie de pliage (301) et une deuxième partie de pliage (302), pincée et puis soudée et connectée, sans qu’un environnement à haute température et d’autres opérations compliquées soient nécessaires, réduisant ainsi les coûts de processus. De plus, une première pellicule adhésive conductrice (202) ou une deuxième pellicule adhésive conductrice (3012) peuvent servir à un alignement préliminaire, rendant ainsi pratique une opération de soudage ultérieure. Par ailleurs, durant l’opération, aucune scorie de brasure n’est générée et le problème de débordement de colle ne se produit pas, simplifiant ainsi la procédure de traitement, améliorant l’efficacité de traitement, et améliorant le rendement du processus de fabrication de modules photovoltaïques.
(ZH) 一种汇流条(30)、光伏组件及电池串(40)的连接方法,涉及光伏组件技术领域。汇流条(30)在连接的过程中,只需要将被连接件夹设在第一翻折部(301)和第二翻折部(302)之间并捏合后粘接连接即可,无需高温环境,也无需其他的复杂操作,从而降低了加工成本,并且通过第一导电胶膜(202)或者第二导电胶膜(3012)可以进行初步对位,为之后的贴合操作提供了便利。同时,操作过程中,不会产生焊锡渣,也不存在溢胶的问题,简化了加工工序,提高了加工效率,提升了光伏组件的制程良率。
