Abstract
(EN) A coastal special-shaped structure 3D printing concrete, a processing technology and the use thereof. The raw materials thereof are compounded cement, regenerated sand, fly ash, polyvinyl alcohol, graphene oxide, steel fibers, organic fibers, a water reducing agent, a thickening time control agent, a mineral admixture and water. The 3D printing concrete has a good cohesive water retention and adjacent thin layer interface cohesiveness. The formation of a micro-capacitor by combining GO with a PVA electrolyte avoids the formation of a corrosion cell in a thin layer of concrete, and the concrete has a good marine durability.
(FR) Béton pour impression 3D de structure spéciale côtière, technologie de traitement et utilisation associée. Les matières premières associées sont composées de ciment, de sable régénéré, de cendre volante, d'alcool polyvinylique, d'oxyde de graphène, de fibres d'acier, de fibres organiques, d'un agent réducteur d'eau, d'un agent de contrôle de temps de pompabilité, d'un adjuvant minéral et d'eau. Le béton pour impression 3D présente une bonne rétention d'eau cohésive et une bonne cohésivité d'interface de couche mince adjacente. La formation d'un microcondensateur par combinaison de GO avec un électrolyte APV permet d'éviter la formation d'une cellule de corrosion dans une couche mince de béton, et le béton présente une bonne durabilité marine.
(ZH) 一种滨海异型结构3D打印混凝土、加工工艺及应用。其原料为复配水泥、再生砂、粉煤灰、聚乙烯醇、氧化石墨烯、钢纤维、有机纤维、减水剂、调凝剂、矿物掺合料和水。该3D打印混凝土拥有良好的粘聚保水性与相邻薄层界面粘结性,通过GO与PVA电解液结合形成微电容器避免混凝土薄层中腐蚀电池的形成,具有良好的海洋耐久性。
