Abstract
(EN) A low temperature assistant alloy powder, a soft magnetic alloy and a preparation method therefor. An alloy expression of the low temperature assistant alloy powder is NiaFebSicBd. In the alloy expression, the following relations are satisfied: 83≤a≤93, 2≤b≤8, 2≤c≤8, 1≤d≤5, and a+b+c+d=100. The low temperature assistant alloy powder has excellent comprehensive soft magnetic performance and good wettability, and can significantly reduce the sintering temperature, so that the production cost and the energy consumption are greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved, which is conducive to industrial production.
(FR) L'invention concerne une poudre d'alliage auxiliaire basse température, un alliage magnétique doux et un procédé de préparation associé. Une formule exprimée d'alliage de la poudre d'alliage auxiliaire basse température est NiaFebSicBd. Dans la formule exprimée d'alliage, les relations suivantes sont satisfaites : 83≤a≤93, 2≤b≤8, 2≤c≤8, 1≤d≤5, et a+b+c+d=100. La poudre d'alliage additif à basse température présente une excellente performance magnétique douce complète et une bonne mouillabilité, et permet de réduire considérablement la température de frittage, de telle sorte que les coûts de production et la consommation d'énergie sont considérablement réduits et l'efficacité de production est considérablement améliorée, ce qui est favorable à une production industrielle.
(ZH) 一种低温助剂合金粉末、软磁合金及其制备方法,所述低温助剂合金粉末的合金表达式为Ni aFe bSi cB d,所述合金表达式中,满足:83≤a≤93,2≤b≤8,2≤c≤8,1≤d≤5,a+b+c+d=100。该低温助剂合金粉末,具有优异的综合软磁性能、良好的润湿性,能够明显降低烧结温度,使得生产成本及能耗大幅度降低,生产效率大幅度提高,有利于工业化生产。
