Abstract
(EN) A filling device and a filling method for preparing a sheet magnet. The filling device comprises a mold (10) having a plurality of mold cavities (104), a powder filtering device (202) located above the mold (10), and a powder supply device (201) located above the powder filtering device (202). A second screen (2022) of the powder filtering device (202) corresponds to the plurality of mold cavities (104). The powder supply device (201) reciprocates at a constant speed above a powder filtering space (202a) of the powder filtering device (202) so that alloy magnetic powder can enter the powder filtering space (202a) after being filtered by a first screen (2013). The powder filtering device (202) reciprocates at a constant speed above an accommodating space (10a) so that the alloy magnetic powder can enter the plurality of mold cavities (104) after being filtered by the second screen (2022).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de remplissage pour préparer un aimant en feuille. Le dispositif de remplissage selon l'invention comprend un moule (10) comportant une pluralité de cavités de moule (104), un dispositif de filtration de poudre (202) situé au-dessus du moule (10) et un dispositif d'acheminement de poudre (201) situé au-dessus du dispositif de filtration de poudre (202).
