Abstract
(EN) A high modulus glass fiber composition, a glass fiber thereof, and a composite material. The content of each component of the glass fiber composition, expressed in percentage by weight, is as follows: 42-56.8% SiO 2 ; 15.8-24% Al 2 O 3 ; 9.2-18% MgO; 0.1-6.5% CaO; greater than 8% and less than or equal to 20% Y 2 O 3 ; 0.01-4% TiO2 2 ; 0.01-1.5% Fe 2 O 3 ; 0.01-1.5% NA 2 O; 0-1.5% K 2 O; 0-0.7% Li 2 O; 0-3% SrO; and 0-2.9% La 2 O 3 ; the total content of the described components is greater than or equal to 98%, and the range of the percentage by weight ratio C1 = Y 2 O 3 /CaO is greater than or equal to 2.1. The glass fiber composition significantly increases the glass fiber modulus, reduces the glass fining temperature and bubble rate, and also significantly improves the ability of the glass fiber to cool, and effectively reduces the glass crystallization rate. The glass fiber composition is suited to large-scale production of high-modulus glass fiber.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de fibre de verre de module élevé, la fibre de verre correspondante et un matériau composite. La teneur de chaque composant de la composition de fibre de verre, exprimée en pourcentage en poids, est la suivante : 42 à 56,8 % de SiO2 ; 15,8 à 24 % d'Al2O3 ; 9,2 à 18 % de MgO ; 0,1 à 6,5 % de CaO ; plus de 8 % et 20 % ou moins de Y2O3 ; 0,01 à 4 % de TiO2 ; 0,01 à 1,5 % de Fe2O3 ; 0,01 à 1,5 % de Na2O ; 0 à 1,5 % de K2O ; 0 à 0,7 % de Li2O ; 0 à 3 % de SrO ; et 0 à 2,9 % de La2O3 ; la teneur totale des composants décrits est supérieure ou égale à 98 % et le rapport des pourcentages en poids C1 = Y2O3/CaO est supérieur ou égal à 2,1. La composition de fibre de verre augmente de façon significative le module de la fibre de verre, abaisse la température d'affinage du verre et le taux de bulles et également améliore de façon significative la capacité de refroidissement de la fibre de verre et réduit efficacement la vitesse de cristallisation du verre. La composition de fibre de verre convient à la production à grande échelle de fibre de verre de module élevé.
(ZH) 一种高模量玻璃纤维组合物及其玻璃纤维和复合材料。玻璃纤维组合物各组分的含量以重量百分比表示如下:SiO 2为42-56.8%,Al 2O 3为15.8-24%,MgO为9.2-18%,CaO为0.1-6.5%,Y 2O 3为>8%且≤20%,TiO 2为0.01-4%,Fe 2O 3为0.01-1.5%,Na 2O为0.01-1.5%,K 2O为0-1.5%,Li 2O为0-0.7%,SrO为0-3%,La 2O 3为0-2.9%,并且上述组分的合计含量大于等于98%,重量百分比的比值C1=Y 2O 3/CaO的范围为大于等于2.1。该玻璃纤维组合物能显著提高玻璃纤维模量,降低玻璃澄清温度及玻璃气泡率,还能显著改善玻璃纤维的冷却效果,并能有效降低玻璃析晶速率,适合用于规模化生产高模量玻璃纤维。
