Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are a continuous catalytic hydrogenation apparatus and method for pyridine compounds. The continuous catalytic hydrogenation apparatus comprises: a liquid raw material supply unit; a hydrogen gas supply unit; at least three stages of fixed bed reactors, which are sequentially connected in series, wherein each fixed bed reactor is provided with a material-feeding port at the bottom and a product outlet at the top, the liquid raw material supply unit and the hydrogen gas supply unit are connected to the material-feeding port of the first-stage fixed bed reactor, each fixed bed reactor is internally provided with a partition plate, which is used for bearing a catalyst and a filler, and sampling ports are provided in connecting pipelines between each stage of the fixed bed reactors; heat exchange jackets arranged corresponding one-to-one to the fixed bed reactors, the heat exchange jackets being sleeved on outer walls of the fixed bed reactors and corresponding one-to-one thereto; and a gas-liquid separator, which is connected to the product outlet of the last-stage fixed bed reactor. The apparatus is advantageous for filling and replacing catalysts of all the fixed bed reactors, and effectively controls a catalytic effect.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil d'hydrogénation catalytique continue et un procédé pour des composés de pyridine. L'appareil d'hydrogénation catalytique continue comprend : une unité d'alimentation en matière première liquide ; une unité d'alimentation en hydrogène gazeux ; au moins trois étages de réacteurs à lit fixe, qui sont séquentiellement connectés en série, chaque réacteur à lit fixe étant pourvu d'un orifice d'alimentation en matériau au niveau du fond et d'une sortie de produit au niveau de la partie supérieure, l'unité d'alimentation en matière première liquide et l'unité d'alimentation en gaz hydrogène sont reliées à l'orifice d'alimentation en matériau du réacteur à lit fixe de premier étage, chaque réacteur à lit fixe comporte à l'intérieur une plaque de séparation, qui est utilisée pour supporter un catalyseur et une charge, et des orifices d'échantillonnage sont disposés dans des conduites de raccordement entre chaque étage des réacteurs à lit fixe ; des chemises d'échange de chaleur disposées de manière correspondante l'une à l'autre aux réacteurs à lit fixe, les chemises d'échange de chaleur étant manchonnées sur des parois externes des réacteurs à lit fixe et correspondant l'une à l'autre ; et un séparateur gaz-liquide, qui est relié à la sortie de produit du réacteur à lit fixe à dernier étage. L'appareil est avantageux pour le remplissage et le remplacement de catalyseurs de tous les réacteurs à lit fixe, et commande efficacement un effet catalytique.
(ZH) 一种吡啶类化合物的连续催化加氢设备和连续催化加氢方法。连续催化加氢设备,包括:液体原料供应单元;氢气供应单元;依次串联的至少三级固定床反应器,各固定床反应器具有位于底部的进料口和顶部的产物出口,液体原料供应单元和氢气供应单元与第一级固定床反应器的进料口相连,各固定床反应器内具有隔板,隔板用于承载催化剂和填料,在各级固定床反应器之间的连接管线上设置有取样口;与固定床反应器一一对应设置的换热夹套,各换热夹套一一对应地套设在固定床反应器的外壁上;以及气液分离器,与最后一级固定床反应器的产物出口连接设置。该设备有利于各固定床反应器的催化剂的装填和更换、有效控制催化效果。
