Abstract
(EN) A dried blood spot-based trace DNA extraction method, comprising: preparing a high-efficiency liquid-phase separation tube; collecting a DNA solution and then mixing same with 100 ng of a carrier RNA; adding an equal volume of phenol chloroform, and transferring same into the high-efficiency liquid-phase separation tube; performing high-speed centrifugation to perform liquid-phase stratification; and recovering 98% of a supernatant.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction d'ADN à l'état de trace sur la base de tache de sang séché comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer un tube de séparation en phase liquide à haut rendement ; collecter une solution d'ADN puis la mélanger avec 100 ng d'un ARN porteur ; ajouter un volume égal de phénol-chloroforme et transférer celui-ci dans le tube de séparation de phase liquide à haut rendement ; effectuer une centrifugation à grande vitesse pour effectuer une stratification en phase liquide ; et récupérer 98 % d'un surnageant.
(ZH) 一种基于干血片的痕量DNA提取方法,在痕量DNA提取过程中制备高效液相分离管,并在DNA溶液收集后加100ng carrier RNA混合,加入等体积酚氯仿,并转移到高效液相分离管,高速离心进行液相分层,回收98%上清。
