Abstract
(EN) A system for testing spectral response speed of a tunable filter (4), comprising a collimating light source, a light splitting element (5), a focusing lens (6), and a light spot position imaging recording device (7) which are sequentially arranged. The tunable filter (4) is provided between the collimating light source and the light splitting element (5) and configured to be continuously tuned within a certain wavelength range in testing; the light splitting element (5) causes light beams that pass through the tunable filter (4) and have different wavelength bands to form diffracted light beams or reflected light beams corresponding to the different wavelength bands; the focusing lens (6) focuses the light beams; and the light spot position imaging recording device (7) records imaging position change information of the diffracted light beams or reflected light beams corresponding to the different wavelength bands. The present application also provides a testing method. Different diffraction angles or refraction angles are provided by means of the light splitting element (5), so that light spot position distributions of corresponding wavelengths are formed at a spatial receiving end, and change information in the spectral dimension is converted to the spatial dimension so as to obtain the wavelength response speed of the tunable filter (4).
(FR) Système de test de la vitesse de réponse spectrale d'un filtre accordable (4), comprenant une source de lumière de collimation, un élément de division de lumière (5), une lentille de focalisation (6) et un dispositif d'enregistrement d'imagerie de positions de point lumineux (7) agencés séquentiellement. Le filtre accordable (4) est disposé entre la source de lumière de collimation et l'élément de division de lumière (5) et configuré pour être accordé en continu dans une certaine plage de longueur d'onde lors du test; l'élément de division de lumière (5) amène des faisceaux lumineux passant à travers le filtre accordable (4) et présentant différentes bandes de longueur d'onde à former des faisceaux lumineux diffractés ou des faisceaux lumineux réfléchis correspondant aux différentes bandes de longueur d'onde; la lentille de focalisation (6) focalise les faisceaux lumineux; et le dispositif d'enregistrement d'imagerie de positions de point lumineux (7) enregistre des informations de changement de positions d'imagerie des faisceaux lumineux diffractés ou des faisceaux lumineux réfléchis correspondant aux différentes bandes de longueur d'onde. La présente demande concerne également un procédé de test. Différents angles de diffraction ou angles de réfraction sont fournis au moyen de l'élément de division de lumière (5), de telle sorte que des distributions de positions de point lumineux de longueurs d'onde correspondantes sont formées au niveau d'une extrémité de réception spatiale, et que des informations de changement de la dimension spectrale sont converties en dimension spatiale de façon à obtenir la vitesse de réponse en longueur d'onde du filtre accordable
