Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zum Bereitstellen von Zuschnitten (Z) aus einer Faserbahn (1) in einer für einen lageweisen Aufbau eines Werkstücks aus diesen Zuschnitten (Z) vorgegebenen Reihenfolge beschrieben, wobei die je einem Entnahmebereich (E) der Faserbahn (1) zugehörigen Zuschnitte (Z) den Entnahmebereichen (E) entnommen und je Entnahmebereich (E) in wenigstens einem Ablageelement (A) abgelegt und dann in der für den lageweisen Aufbau des Werkstücks vorgegebenen Reihenfolge aus den Ablageelementen (A) entnommen werden. Um vorteilhafte Sortierbedingungen zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die den Entnahmebereichen (E) einzeln entnommenen Zuschnitte (Z) in den Ablageelementen (A) jeweils in einer gegenüber ihrer Lagefolge im Werkstück umgekehrten Reihenfolge übereinandergestapelt werden.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for providing blanks (Z) from a fibre web (1) in a sequence predefined for constructing a workpiece from said blanks (Z) layer-by-layer, wherein the blanks (Z), which each belong to a removal region (E) of the fibre web (1), are removed from the removal regions (E) and deposited, per removal region (E), in at least one deposit element (A) and then removed from the deposit elements (A) in the sequence predefined for constructing the workpiece layer-by-layer. In order to create advantageous sorting conditions, according to the invention the blanks (Z) that are removed individually from the removal regions (E) are stacked on top of one another in the deposit elements (A) in each case in a sequence that is the reverse of their layering sequence in the workpiece.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de découpes (Z) à partir d'une nappe de fibres (1) selon une séquence prédéfinie pour la construction couche par couche d'une pièce à partir desdites découpes (Z). Les découpes (Z), qui appartiennent chacune à une zone de retrait (E) de la nappe de fibres (1), sont retirées des zones de retrait (E) et déposées, par zone de retrait (E), dans au moins un élément de dépôt (A), puis retirées des éléments de dépôt (A) selon la séquence prédéfinie pour la construction couche par couche de la pièce. Afin d'assurer des conditions de tri avantageuses, selon l'invention, les découpes (Z) qui sont retirées individuellement des zones de retrait (E) sont empilées les unes sur les autres dans les éléments de dépôt (A), toujours selon une séquence qui est inversée par rapport à la séquence de leur superposition dans la pièce.
