Abstract
(EN) A burn assessment chart, method of generation, and system is provided. The chart includes a front profile and a rear profile corresponding to front and rear human profiles, including a head, two arms and two legs. The chart includes longitudinal lines and lateral lines that intersect within either the front or rear profile to form segments that correspond to a percentage of a human's surface area (e.g., 1%, 0.5%, etc.). The segments can be marked at locations that correspond to burn indicators on a patient, and the marked segments counted to easily determine a total percentage of surface area of a human that is burned.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un diagramme d'évaluation de brûlure, un procédé de génération, et un système. Le diagramme comprend un profil avant et un profil arrière correspondant aux profils humains avant et arrière, comprenant une tête, deux bras et deux jambes. Le diagramme comprend des lignes longitudinales et des lignes latérales qui entrent en intersection les unes avec les autres soit sur le profil avant soit arrière pour former des segments qui correspondent à un pourcentage d'une surface humaine (par exemple, 1 %, 0,5 %, etc.). Les segments peuvent être marqués à des emplacements qui correspondent aux indicateurs de brûlure sur un patient, et les segments marqués comptés pour déterminer facilement un pourcentage total de la surface d'un être humain qui est brûlée.
