Abstract
(EN) A battery tray for mounting a battery for driving a vehicle includes a bottom; a peripheral wall erected on an outer circumference of the bottom; a flange connected to a top of the peripheral wall and extending outwards of the peripheral wall; a first inner wall connected to the bottom, a bending angle between the first inner wall and the bottom being between 90 degrees and 135 degrees; a second inner wall connected to the bottom, a bending angle between the second inner wall and the bottom being between 90 degrees and 135 degrees; and a stud bolt pedestal connected to both the first inner wall and the second inner wall and provided above the bottom. The bottom, the peripheral wall, the flange, the first inner wall, the second inner wall, and the stud bolt pedestal being integrally molded from fiber reinforced plastics containing discontinuous fibers.
(FR) L'invention concerne un bac support de batterie destiné au montage d'une batterie d'entraînement d'un véhicule et comportant un fond ; une paroi périphérique dressée sur une circonférence externe du fond ; une bride reliée à une partie supérieure de la paroi périphérique et s'étendant vers l'extérieur de la paroi périphérique ; une première paroi interne reliée au fond, un angle de courbure entre la première paroi interne et le fond étant compris entre 90 degrés et 135 degrés ; une seconde paroi interne reliée au fond, un angle de courbure entre la seconde paroi interne et le fond étant compris entre 90 degrés et 135 degrés ; et un socle de boulon de goujon relié à la fois à la première paroi interne et à la seconde paroi interne et disposé au-dessus du fond. Le fond, la paroi périphérique, la bride, la première paroi interne, la seconde paroi interne et le socle de boulon à goujon sont moulés d'un seul tenant à partir de plastiques renforcés par des fibres contenant des fibres discontinues.
