Abstract
(EN) The present invention features synthesis, characterization, and use of compositions comprising a triazabutadiene scaffold with a carbon-carbon bond for attachment of an aryl group. Methods of synthesis include Suzuki coupling for installation of the carbon-carbon bond to the triazabutadiene scaffold. The carbon-carbon bond allows for attachment of a variety of aryl groups. The aryl groups may remain protected by the triazabutadiene scaffold and reserved for future use. The methods and compositions herein may be used for a variety of applications including but not limited to protein labeling, synthesis of pro-drugs, probe synthesis, drug discovery applications, mass spectrometry, fluorescence microscopy, synthesis of various conjugate molecules, etc.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la synthèse, la caractérisation et l'utilisation de compositions comprenant un échafaudage triazabutadiène avec une liaison carbone-carbone pour la fixation d'un groupe aryle. Des procédés de synthèse comprennent un couplage de Suzuki pour l'installation de la liaison carbone-carbone à l'échafaudage triazabutadiène. La liaison carbone-carbone permet la fixation d'une variété de groupes aryle. Les groupes aryle peuvent demeurer protégés par l'échafaudage triazabutadiène et être réservés en vue d'une utilisation future.
