Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure provides, in one aspect, an azide-inducible system for controlled gene expression in E. coli. In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a high throughput screening method for the identification of new glycosynthases (e.g., mutant glycosyl hydrolases) with enhanced activity and unique substrate specificity.
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne, selon un aspect, un système inductible par les azides pour l'expression contrôlée de gènes dans E. coli. Dans un autre aspect, la présente divulgation fournit un procédé de criblage à haut débit pour l'identification de nouvelles glycosynthases (par exemple, des glycosyl hydrolases mutantes) ayant une activité accrue et une spécificité de substrat unique.
