Abstract
(EN) Disclosed herein are photocurable compositions and methods of use thereof. The photocurable compositions comprise: a (co)monomer; a photosensitizer having an absorption band, wherein at least a portion of the absorption band is located at one or more wavelength from 400 nm to 1400 nm, and wherein the photosensitizer comprises a xanthene, a squaraine, a boron-dipyrromethene, a cyanine, a porphyrin, or a combination thereof; an acceptor co-initiator comprising a diphenyliodonium salt; and a donor co-initiator comprising a borate salt. The photocurable compositions optionally further comprise a crosslinker, an opacifier, a solvent, an oxygen scavenger, a radical scavenger, or a combination thereof. Also disclosed herein are methods of forming a (co)polymer from the photocurable compositions disclosed herein, methods of forming an object via additive manufacturing using the photocurable compositions disclosed herein, articles of manufacture comprising a cured product of the photocurable compositions disclosed herein, and methods of use thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des compositions photodurcissables et leurs procédés d'utilisation. Les compositions photodurcissables comprennent : un (co)monomère ; un photosensibilisateur ayant une bande d'absorption, au moins une partie de la bande d'absorption étant située à une ou plusieurs longueurs d'onde de 400 nm à 1400 nm et le photosensibilisateur comprenant un xanthène, une squaraine, un bore-dipyrrométhène, une cyanine, une porphyrine ou une combinaison de ceux-ci ; un co-initiateur accepteur comprenant un sel de diphényliodonium ; et un co-initiateur donneur comprenant un sel de type borate. Les compositions photodurcissables comprennent en outre facultativement un agent de réticulation, un opacifiant, un solvant, un piégeur d'oxygène, un piégeur de radicaux ou une combinaison, de ceux-ci. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de formation d'un (co)polymère à partir des compositions photodurcissables selon l'invention, des procédés de formation d'un objet par fabrication additive à l'aide des compositions photodurcissables selon l'invention, des articles manufacturés comprenant un produit durci des compositions photodurcissables selon l'invention et leurs procédés d'utilisation.
